22phwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 22phwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
22phwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 22phwin support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to closure.
